RETURN POLICY
The ETERNITY offers a return credit coupon (no return shipping or handling fees) for all domestic purchases of all products, with the exception of "sale" items, which are final sale items. Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Your original shipping charges will not be credited toward the store credit issued. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. All returns will be processed as store credit.
To be eligible for a return, the customer must initiate it within 14 days of the delivey date. The item(s) must be in the exact same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer must mail it back within 7 days of return authorization.
To start a return, you can contact us at eternityservice@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Piease keep a tracking number when sending out your package as proof. The ETERNITY is not responsible for lost return packages and it is the customer's responsibility to locate the package with the mail carrier if the package gets lost.

Damages and issuse
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if an item is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us within 7 days so that we can assess and correct the problem. Appropriate photographic and video evidence must be provided.
Note: Natural oxidation of jewelry, discoloration due to grease reaction or ph value, and water damage are not considered defective and cannot be returned.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The ETERNITY does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we will provide you with store credit upon receipt and processing of your return. After processing, you may use the store credit to reorder the item in a different size or style.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us immediately at eternityservice@outlook.com. We will not accept cancellations if we have already created your shipping label or if more than 12 hours have passed since you placed your order.
