What to do if my jewelry changes color?
Due to our bodies producing natural oils, the environment and other chemicals the metals can change colors. This process is irreversible and inevitable. Getting the jewelry re-dipped is an alternative, but we unfortunately do not offer this service.
MATERIALS USED
Cubic zirconia (CZ)
CZ is an alternative to real diamonds. It is a lab-made colorless, synthetic gemstone with almost the same brilliance as diamonds.
Stainless Steel
It is a metal composed of iron and chromium. It is highly durable and tarnish free.
925 Sterling Silver
Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper.
ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies he or she may have to metals (gold, silver, etc.) or the oxidation applied to metals (liver of sulfur) prior to making a purchase.
